Why Russian websites won’t open from a foreign address
It’s not your internet and not your device. The service checks which country the request came from and shuts the door — because a regulator requires it, because of its anti-fraud system, or because its license covers Russia only.

These won’t work, and the IP address has nothing to do with it: they are services on the ground. If the service doesn’t operate in your city, there is nowhere for a car to come from — drivers aren’t “hidden by region”, they simply aren’t there.

What we store
Your Telegram ID, username, an email for receipts and your subscription details. The content of your traffic and the list of sites you visit are not logged or stored.

We don’t deliver SMS
The address handles access to websites; text messages reach your SIM card through the carrier. Your Russian number has to be kept alive separately.
We don’t get around whitelists
When a network leaves access only to a few approved resources, the connection to the server itself is blocked — no VPN will help. As soon as regular internet is available, the connection works.
We don’t replace a Russian card
Marketplaces and banks accept Russian cards and SBP. That’s a payment restriction, not a geographic one, and the address has no effect on it.
We don’t bring taxis or food
Taxi, Eats and Delivery are services on the ground. An IP address doesn’t create drivers near you.
We can’t answer for the bank’s decisions
Your address stops looking foreign, but the bank’s other checks stay on its side. We can’t promise that its anti-fraud system will let you through.
We don’t replace being there in person
Replacing a driver’s license, seeing a doctor, getting paper certificates and issuing an electronic signature all require you to show up in person.
We don’t charge you on our own
There is no auto-renewal. No repeat charges happen without your action — you renew manually. The one “no” that works in your favor.

Questions people ask before connecting
Is it legal to use a Russian IP from abroad?
You sign in to your own accounts with your own login and password and pass the usual confirmation. The only thing that changes is the country the request comes from. Renting a server and connecting to it for personal use is not prohibited.
Won’t my bank block the account for signing in through a VPN?
What alarms a bank is not the connection as such but unusual behavior: signing in from another country, from a new address every time. A Russian address looks familiar to the anti-fraud system. But the decision always rests with the bank — we can’t guarantee how it will act.
Do I need separate configs for my phone and laptop?
No. There is one subscription link, and it works on every device and operating system. The limit applies to simultaneous connections: one on the trial, from one to ten on paid plans.
Can I switch between Russia and other countries?
Yes — in the app that’s just a different location flag. One subscription includes Russia, the Netherlands, Germany, Georgia and an “Auto” mode that picks a fast working server for you. You don’t need a separate subscription for services outside Russia.
What happens after the seven-day trial?
Nothing gets charged: you didn’t add a card, and there is no auto-renewal. If the service suits you, you renew the subscription manually in the bot; if not, it simply stops working.
How do I pay if my Russian card doesn’t work?
Besides Russian cards and SBP, we accept Telegram Stars and cryptocurrency — they work from any country. A fiscal receipt under Federal Law No. 54-FZ is emailed to you when you pay by card or via SBP.
Is the speed good enough for video and calls?
The trial has no speed limit, so you can test it on your own tasks right away. Paid plans give up to 50, 75 or 100 Mbps depending on the plan, and Premium has no limit.
What can you see of my traffic?
Your connection to a bank or portal is encrypted by itself: the server in between sees that a request was made, but not what it contains. The service keeps no activity history — this is stated in the personal data policy.
